Counsel Allison Rub defended a close friend of mine who was detained by ICE . Very sad experience for everyone involved. I contacted my personal lawyer immediately,  someone I have known for many year, and was told that “there was nothing any lawyer could do” and that “he is gone.” Fortunately, that proved not to be true. Thanks to Allison’s determination, skill, and hard work, my friend M.L. was released on bond. He is now back home with his wife and daughters and finally on the path toward obtaining legal status, a process he had pursued for years, only to be taken advantage of by several so-called immigration lawyers.
